MARK LESTER DY, REE
Managing Director
Mark is a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) with extensive experience in power systems, electrical engineering, maintenance and reliability, and project development. He held key leadership roles at Petron Bataan Refinery, including Chief Electrical Engineer, where he led electrical reliability programs for critical refinery facilities, power generation assets, substations, and grid-connected systems. He also served as Owner's Engineer for Petron’s power plant and transmission project, overseeing electrical design, construction, and commissioning. His expertise includes power systems, substations, grid interconnections, renewable energy, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
